Total stem number by cause of damage

Number of all living and dead trees and shrubs starting at 12 cm dbh where a particular cause of damage (including no damage, dead or lying) was determined. One tree may have damage with more than one type of origin, which means it may contribute to the total number of stems with damage with several different types of origin.
