Data for figure 2
The R Data container contains the necessary R objects to reconstruct Figure 2, visualizing the effects that drive the number of ingrowth trees from Flury et al. (2023). These objects include the model effects and confidence intervals from the zero-inflated Poisson model (zip_fitaic, summary_zip,), the predicted number of ingrowth trees per production region for NFI4 and NFI5 (mean_freq, sd_freq, mean_freq5, sd_freq5, true_freq, true_freq5), and auxiliary objects (neffects, x_axis predictors, predictor_is). Use the file figure2.R in Resource R-source.zip to reconstruct Figure 2 with this data.
