Data for figure 3
The R Data container contains the necessary R objects to reconstruct Figure 3, visualizing the effects that drive the species of ingrowth trees from Flury et al. (2023). These objects include the model effects and confidence intervals from the multinomial model (coefs, confint), the predicted species of ingrowth trees per production region for NFI4 and NFI5 (species_prodreg4, species_prodreg5, nfi4_species_prodreg_prop, nfi5_species_prodreg_prop), and auxiliary objects (neffects, this_species). Use the file figure3.R in Resource R-source.zip to reconstruct Figure 3 with this data.
