results postprocessing
The results of the pore identification and integration. The results are stored as follows. Each individual iso-pressure patch (first two columns) has an identification number Np. There is more information stored than needed, such as which patches are neighbors, and what there positions are, however to assess the local hydraulic resistance you need the integrated pore identification number stored under 'tracks'. All patches belonging to the same pore have the same track number. We stored the local pressure value under 'p_i', integrated flux Q under 'Q_i', total surface area A under 'A_i' and distance dx under 'dx_int', circularity C under 'phi_i'. There are attributes stored with other identifiers such as _p and _l, they refer to the two closest neighboring patches at iso-pressure values p_i+dp and p_i-dp respectively. To obtain the exact results this data has to be preprocessed such as described in the supplementary materials of the paper.
