The Habitat Map of Switzerland is a vector data set, where each polygon of the dataset is classified to one habitat type only. Available here is the dataset clipped to a 2km buffer around the borders of canton Vaud, as a zipped folder containing a file geodatabase (.gdb, ArcGIS), the data description document (pdf) and symbology layer (lyr, lyrx, qlr) for the legend as the data appears on the WSL's virtual data centre (https://vdc.wsl.ch/vdc_expert). V1 20220316 has been improved (from V1 20211118) to repair geometry errors, and simplify geometry to reduce data size
