    These are the questionnaires that were distributed among the forest owners (mostly as an online-form but for some respondents also as "paper-and-pencil" version) invited to participate in the survey. There are 10 versions of this questionnaire as the conjoint survey experiment was based on 10 different versions of the 9 choice situations that are presented in the survey, which were assigned randomly to the invited participants.
